Cheezy is a bakery, not a data business. This page describes exactly what the website holds, which is very little, and how to have it removed.

There is no account, and no payment here

You cannot create an account on this site and you cannot pay on it. Orders are finished in WhatsApp with a member of staff, and paid in cash at the counter or on delivery. We never see or store a card number.

What stays on your own device

Your basket, your language choice, your light or dark theme setting and which shop you are browsing are kept in your own browser's storage. They never reach us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

What the chat assistant remembers

If you use the chat, your messages are sent to an AI provider so it can answer, along with the menu of the shop you are browsing. In addition, a short list of food preferences may be kept so the assistant does not have to ask again on a later visit — things like “prefers oat milk”, “no nuts”, “likes it not too sweet”, and which items were recently suggested to you.

What is deliberately never stored: your name, your phone number, your address, your messages themselves, payment details, or anything that identifies you personally. The preference list is limited to a fixed set of food-related fields, and anything outside that set is discarded rather than saved.

Preferences are tied to a random identifier generated in your browser, not to you. They are deleted automatically after 180 days without a visit.

Who else is involved

Vercel hosts the site and processes requests to it.
Supabase stores the menu and the preference list described above.
Groq and Google (Gemini) generate the chat assistant's replies.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces the site is set in.
WhatsApp (Meta) carries your order once you choose to send it.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share anything with anyone for marketing.

Having it deleted

To erase everything the site holds about you, clear your browser data for this site — that removes the identifier the preferences are attached to, and the record itself expires on its own.

If you would rather we deleted it directly, or you want to know what is held, message us on WhatsApp at +216 50 011 364 and we will handle it.

Children

The site is not aimed at children and asks for nothing from them. The chat assistant does not request personal details from anybody.

Changes

If this page changes, the review date at the top changes with it.
