Cheezy is a small family bakery in Bizerte. We want the website to work for everyone who wants to see what we bake — including people using a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, or a phone with text zoomed up.

This page says what we have actually checked rather than what we would like to claim. Where something is not right yet, it is listed below rather than left for you to discover.

What has been checked

What is not perfect

Being straight about the known gaps:

The assistant, and ordering

The chat assistant on the site is a menu helper. It can read out prices, calories, protein and declared allergens for anything on the menu, and it will say plainly when something is not recorded rather than guess.

On allergies: our kitchen is open, so cross-contact is always possible. Nothing on this website — including the assistant — can promise an item is free of an allergen. Please tell a member of staff at the counter about any severe allergy so they can advise you properly.

Orders are completed over WhatsApp with a real person, so nothing on the site has to be navigated in order to buy something. If the website is difficult for you, message or call us and we will take the order directly.

If something keeps you out

If any part of this site stops you doing what you came to do, please tell us — it is treated as a fault to fix, not feedback to file.

Tell us the page and what happened, and we will reply and fix what we can. If a fix will take time, we will arrange another way for you to get what you needed in the meantime.
